• Dr. Edward Hull publishes "Noninvasive, optical detection of diabetes: model studies with porcine skin" in the Optics Express electronic journal.
• Results of an in vitro study were presented at the 8th International Symposium on the Maillard Reaction (Aug 28 - Sept 1, 2004, Charleston, SC). The talk given by Dr. Ediger described results of work key to development of noninvasive technology for diabetes screening.
